NADP is a coenzyme, which is a substance in which nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide and a phosphate molecule are bound by an ester bond, and widely exists in the biological world. Its chemical properties, absorption spectrum, redox form, etc. are similar to NAD (Coenzyme I). NADP can be widely used in reactions catalyzed by various alcohol dehydrogenases, ketoreductases and other oxidoreductases.
