The following reaction system could be used for reference:
1-10 mg/ml Substrate
10 mg/ml Enzyme
100 mM Phosphate buffer (pH7.0)
Incubate the reactions at a constant temperature shaker (for example, 30oC, 150rpm) in for 12~24 hours. Centrifuge each mixture to precipitate protein, them the supernatant can be used for TLC, HPLC or GC analysis.
