[Good news] Syncozymes’s NMN products have passed the safety certification of SELF GRAS in the United States

cras

In September 2020, Syncozymes’s NMN products passed the SELF GRAS (US Safety Index for Evaluation of Food Additives) safety certification. NMN has been dubbed the “elixir” by the public, and its main function is to repair DNA, healthy cells, and relieve various diseases caused by aging.

Through SELF GRAS certification, the quality of Syncozymes’s NMN products has been further recognized!

The identification of SLEF GRAS of Syncozymes-NMN was unanimously reviewed and approved by Professor Joanne Slavin of the University of Minnesota and Professor Emeritus Dr. George C. Fahey, Jr of the University of Illinois at Urbana and Professor Susan of Gaithersburg Hospital, and the products meet the non-injury Reasonable certainty standard and is also considered safe (GRAS) under Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (21CFR).

In 1958, the United States introduced the Food Additives Amendment. The Act stipulates that any food additives must be certified by the FDA before they can be used. Then, hundreds of “exceptional” substances are listed. These substances are functionally food additives, but they are not regulated by this Act because of their “high safety”. Substances on this list have either undergone a safety review by “experts with sufficient scientific background” or “have no safety concerns after prolonged use”. These substances are called “generally recognized as safe”, or GRAS for short.

The United States refers to the domestically called “health products” as “dietary supplements”, and GRAS certification marks that the NMN of Syncozymes can be used as a safe food raw material.

Suntech has been focusing on the development and application of biological enzymes for more than 10 years, serving nearly 1,000 domestic and foreign customers. Perhaps in the near future, each of us will be able to personally feel the health benefits that Syncozymes has brought us, so that the “elixir” is no longer a myth.
